Sitting is Killing You. There are lots of studies that points to the fact that sitting all day can cause bad health risks. It is simply because the human body is not built to sit on the desk or just lay on the couch all day. This infographic is surely a big help for everyone who has a problem sitting all day on their desk, particularly on office workers, or any computer related/desk jobs.
The graphic below pretty much described and emphasized the big problem of sitting down all day. So I think we should not ignore this but take it seriously instead, specially for us who “works at home” all day.
