Compare that to the old specs of the iPad 2:

Also, prices of the iPad 2 has been cut down at around 5,000 to 6,000 Php to give way to The New iPad. Prices are listed below.

The previous prices of the iPad 2 from the Apple PH are the following:

16GB WiFi – Php23,990
32GB WiFi – Php28,990
64GB WiFi – Php33,990

16GB 3G+WiFi – Php30,990
32GB 3G+WiFi – Php35,990
64GB 3G+WiFi – Php40,990

New iPad 2 prices:
16GB WiFi – Php18,990
32GB WiFi – Php23,990
64GB WiFi – Php28,990

16GB 3G+WiFi – Php24,990
32GB 3G+WiFi – Php29,990
64GB 3G+WiFi – Php34,990

Question is, is it really worth the upgrade? Many critics that I read online didn’t liked much the upgrade. In my opinion, if you are a new iPad user and can afford The New iPad, I think it is worth the price. Otherwise, if you can’t afford to spend additional 5,000 – 6,000 Php for the New iPad, then the iPad 2 is a good buy. 🙂
